My journey to health wasn\u2019t easy. I struggled for years with unexplained weight gain, anxiety, autoimmune symptoms, and constant fatigue. I did all the right things<\/em>\u2014followed the diets, exercised, saw countless doctors and health coaches\u2014yet the answer was always the same: \u201cThere\u2019s nothing wrong with you.\u201d<\/em> But deep down, I knew something wasn\u2019t right.<\/p>\n

Each practitioner I saw gave me a small piece of the puzzle, but it wasn\u2019t until I hit a breaking point that I discovered the real root: deep, cellular dysfunction caused by years of toxic buildup, parasites, candida, and blocked detox pathways. My mission is to empower others to reclaim their health and well-being through natural detoxification, nutrient restoration, and mindful mental healing. After working as a counselor for 14 years, I\u2019ve seen firsthand how emotional, mental, and physical health are deeply connected.
